Men sell to men and women sell to women. Have you ever seen a man selling ‘Mary Kay’ and ‘Revlon’? In the marijuana industry, the men make-up 75% of marijuana product sales.
Marijuana bud tastings already take place in homes among women. Women like to get to know strains of marijuana by flavor, name, and characteristics. This can be similar to a wine tasting or tupperware party.
Then we have the female think tanks that will get 2 or more women in a private meeting brainstorming about a medical marijuana edibles company they want to start.
Traditionally, men have dominated sales positions. If you stick a pretty face in a group of men buyers, then you will be in a sold-out position soon. For example: ‘DeWalt’ power tools use to be a top two seller in the day. Many power tool brands have evolved since the early days of DeWalt. If you put a yellow DeWalt shirt on a pretty sales lady, men will soon huddle around the brand, especially if the sales lady has the knowledge of every item that DeWalt sells. A woman sales lady can sometimes sell more mens products.
A woman can sell a turd. A pretty face can sell just about anything to a man but woman also like a beautiful sales woman. A women can stand above men in sales positions, especially if the product sells its self.
Women can and will capture the remaining woman market in the marijuana industry. Half the people in the world are women but the woman marijuana market could be infinite at the moment.
Women have become leaders in the work force and in some situations may even be expected to succeed more than a man.
A ‘HighTimes’ magazine October 2015 article reveals that women account for 38 percent of all marijuana users.
According to the ‘Marijuana Business Daily’, women make-up 36 percent of all executives in the legal marijuana industry.
This is updated information from the United States Department of Labor:
57% of women participate in the labor force.
26% of people employed in computer and mathematical occupations are women.
70% of women with children under 18, participate in the labor force.
The female entrepreneur takes the stage and the opportunities are endless as marijuana losses its stigma.
